摘要

Abstract

Taking the low-temperature sludge drying project of a certain distillery as the research object,the application of heat pump coupled belt drying technology in sludge reduction is introduced.The performance of the heat pump coupled belt type low-temperature sludge drying technology was experimentally tested,and the operating characteristics of the system under different conditions were studied by changing the operating conditions.The results show that the technical operation stability is good.When the supply air temperature is 65℃,the supply air volume is 100%,and the target sludge moisture content is 30%,the average Specific Water Extraction Rate(SWER)per unit energy consumption is 3.47 kg H2O/(kW·h),and the energy efficiency is relatively good.At this energy efficiency,the cost of drying 1 ton of distillery sludge is 107.04 yuan,and the sludge weight reduction ratio reaches 57.1%.The construction and stable operation of this project have a certain guiding role for other distillery sludge drying and reduction projects.
