基于物联网的中药材烘干机智能监控方法

Abstract
In view of the problems of low automation,intelligence and informatization of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs drying equipment and poor drying quality of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs,an intelligent monitoring and drying system based on the Internet of Things is designed.With Mitsubishi PLC-FX3U as the control core,the Tlink Internet of Things cloud platform establishes cloud configuration,and through DTU data transparent transmission,sensors collect temperature and other parameters in real time and send them to the cloud platform for data visualization.Cloud configuration connects with PLC-FX3U through the 4G DTU TP301V4.2 IoT gateway for data interaction,realizing cloud configuration communication with Mitsubishi FX3U's MODBUS RTU.Remotely monitor equipment such as transportation belt motors,blowers and heating modules through PC and APP operation cloud configuration.The esp8266 module and DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor are used to remotely monitor the temperature and humidity of the equipment environment through the MQTT transmission protocol.A Chinese medicinal herb dryer platform based on the Internet of Things was built.The test platform operation results show that the system is running normally,stable and reliable,can realize remote monitoring of equipment,and provide a research foundation for subsequent research on intelligent Chinese medicinal herb dryers.关键词
