Abstract

Public health emergencies have a severe impact on China's economy,social stability,and public safety,posing significant challenges to emergency supply chain systems.An artificial intelligence(AI)-enabled mechanism is in-troduced to analyze the dynamic relationship between epidemic prevention and material supply,and to construct a dynamic model for the supply chain system of emergency medical supplies.Using the Wuhan outbreak as a case study,the effects of AI levels and policy incentives on the operation of the supply chain system are explored and effective ways to enhance emer-gency material support capabilities are identified.The findings reveal that government policy incentives and AI levels affect the supply chain through different pathways.In the short term,policy incentives can rapidly intervene in market supply,driving increased production and imports to meet demand.However,in the long term,improving big data capabilities and enhancing AI system support are crucial for boosting supply chain efficiency and emergency response capabilities.By inte-grating policy interventions with AI systems,it is possible to reduce transmission risks and effectively control the severity of epidemics.
