面向风险水平的多层级覆盖消防站选址优化
Risk Level-oriented Optimization of Multi-level Coverage Fire Station Location

Abstract
Urban firefighting is an essential part of the public safety system and plays a critical role in guaran-teeing the safety of urban development and economic prosperity.In order to improve the city's fire emergency re-sponse capability,based on data of POIs and road networks for the problem of fire station location decision-making,and by using the Spatial Appraisal and Valuation of Environment and Ecosystems(SAVEE)model,the potential fire risk areas are identified and graded.Aiming at the difference between the fire risk and the demand level at the demand points,a multilevel siting model with consideration of coverage satisfaction and the economy is constructed,and the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm introducing the metropolis criterion is used to obtain the Pareto solution set.Finally,taking the main urban area of Wuhan as the study area,the model's reasonableness and efficiency are verified.关键词
