高素质农民贯通培育探索与实践

Abstract
Cultivating high-quality farmers is an important way to achieve rural revitalization and enhance agricultural modernization.Jiangsu Ocean University and Jiangsu Agricultural Radio and Television School Lianyungang Branch have adopted a pilot training project that integrates academic qualifications and job quality training to address the many problems faced by traditional training.Specific practices have been given from four aspects:optimizing the construction of the cultivation system,optimizing education and teaching methods,optimizing the construction of the teaching team,and optimizing the allocation of cultivation resources,and exploring a characteristic path for cultivating high-quality farmers.关键词
