Measurement of Highway Traffic Capacity and Rescue Efficiency in Downhill Areas with Different Earthquake Damage Intensities

Abstract
Lifeline passage is the basic guarantee of emergency rescue after disaster.Exploring how to improve the res-cue efficiency in mountainous areas is the key content of emergency rescue.In order to study the impact of expressways on rescue efficiency,a rescue efficiency measurement model is tried to be built based on post-earthquake road function loss and rescue time difference.Firstly,the function loss assessment of roadbed,bridge and tunnel in road network is carried out.Then,using the ARCGIS network analysis of the shortest path,the rescues time of each disaster point before and after the expressway construction is obtained.Finally,according to the change of rescue time,the efficiency of emergency res-cue is clarified,and the selection and spatial distribution characteristics of rescue paths at disaster points are discussed.The results show that the construction of expressways has a significant effect on the improvement of mountain rescue efficien-cy,and the rescue efficiency is closely related to the spatial distribution of disaster sites and the rescue distance.关键词
