Abstract
Objective To put forward suggestions for improving the multi-point practice system of licensed pharmacists and strengthening the construction of pharmacist teams.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to distribute survey questionnaires to multi-point licensed pharmacists in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province.The basic situation,business execution,application of digital intelligence systems,job satisfaction,and other aspects of multi-point licensed pharmacists were surveyed and statistically analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of multi-point practice work were analyzed,the existing problems were summarized,and the targeted suggestions were put forward.Results A total of 152 survey questionnaires were distributed and 152 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 100.00%.Among multi-point licensed pharmacists,the gender ratio was 1∶2.04,mainly consisting of middle-aged and young people(31-50 years old,80.92%),college graduates and undergraduates(84.21%),professionals in traditional Chinese medicine(88.16%),with 10-20 years of work experience(55.92%)and junior professional titles(95.39%).All pharmacists have been registered,but only 98.03%of them have completed the registration process.Precisely 92.76%of the pharmacists expressed satisfaction with multi-point practice work.A total of 137 pharmacists(90.13%)participated in the quality management work,mainly responsible for drug acceptance,display,and sales(82.89%).A total of 152 pharmacists(100.00%)participated in the pharmaceutical care work,mainly conducting prescription review(80.92%)and personalized medication guidance(82.24%).A total of 146 pharmacists(96.05%)carried out medical insurance service work,mainly explaining medical insurance policies(>70%).A total of 82 pharmacists(53.95%)carried out chronic disease management work,mainly assisting consumers in measuring biochemical indicators(92.68%).Digital intelligence systems were mainly used in prescription photography and storage(89.47%),prescription electronic signature(88.82%),and prescription drug sales and traceability(87.50%).The surveyed pharmacists thought that the advantages of multi-point practice work were meeting the needs of patients for rational medication guidance(93.42%),motivating self-improvement of education(82.89%),and increasing income(78.95%),while the disadvantages were the lack of regulatory support(77.63%),low social recognition(65.79%),and lack of support from the original unit(48.68%).Conclusion There are still some problems such as the standardization of personnel identity and management procedures,insufficient fulfillment of job responsibilities,difficulties in career development and professional enhancement,and the need for the improvement in the environment of multi-point licensed pharmacists in the city.It is recommended to strengthen institutional construction and promote the legality and compliance of multi-point practice;strengthen the management of the performance level of multi-point licensed pharmacists and promote the implementation of the multi-point licensed system;implement multi-channel integration to provide opportunities for promotion;carry out social governance to improve the environment for professional development.关键词
