摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with hemiplegic limb comprehensive training in stroke patients, and further analyze the impact on limb function and life ability recovery.Method:120 stroke patients admitted to Xianning Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table, the patients were divided into two groups.60 patients in the control group received routine intervention.60 patients in the observation group were treated with biofeedback therapy and comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the test results showed that the upper limb function score, lower limb function score and total Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Barthel index(BI)score,Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)score and good recovery rate were also higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the intervention of patients recovering from stroke, stimulation through biofeedback therapy combined with comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs can help improve their limb function,self-care ability of daily life and quality of life, and can promote the improvement of patient prognosis.关键词
