摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of positional intervention combined with nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy(HFNC)on serum Interleukin IL-6(IL-6),C-Reactive Protein(CRP),and blood oxygen levels in newborns with pneumonia.Method:210 newborns with pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 105 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HFNC,and the observation group added positional intervention measures on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The IL-6,C-reactive protein, and blood oxygen indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared, and the clinical symptoms and efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:After treatment, the levels of IL-6,CRP,carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)and oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the duration of non-invasive ventilation, heart rate recovery, respiratory improvement and hospitalization in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positional intervention combined with HFNC can effectively reduce the inflammation level of newborns with pneumonia, improve their blood oxygen indicators and clinical symptoms, and improve their clinical efficacy.关键词
