小金汤联合脐贴+捏脊治疗小儿汗证的临床效果研究
The Clinical Effect of Xiaojin Decoction Combined with Navel Stickers and Chiropraction in the Treatment of Pediatric Sweating Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaojin Tang combined with navel stickers and spinal compression in the treatment of pediatric sweating syndrome.Method:A total of 86 children with sweating syndrome(lung wei deficiency syndrome)treated in Zhaotong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given Yupingfeng oral liquid,while the study group was given Xiaojin Decoction combined with nawel stickers and chiropractic treatment on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was analyzed.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of main syndrome sweating and secondary syndrome fatigue,thirst and bad wind between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the 4 indicators of sweating,fatigue,thirst and bad wind in the two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of control group was higher than that of study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaojin Decoction combined with navel patch and chiropractic treatment can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of children with good clinical efficacy,low adverse reaction rate,high safety and low recurrence rate.关键词
