基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer的耳穴疗法治疗失眠研究现状可视化分析
Visualization analysis of the research status of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status and development trend of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia.Methods Relevant literature on ear acupoint therapy for insomnia included in the CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed from January 1,2000 to December 31,2023 were searched.A visualization analysis of the volume of literature,authors,institutions,and key words was conducted.Results A total of 2283 papers were included,indicating a general upward trend in the number of published papers.The key words could be mainly categorized into four types,including traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of insomnia,names of insomnia-related diseases,specific forms of ear acupoint therapy,and characteristic therapies of combined Chinese medicine.Conclusion At present,the research of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia is still a hotspot.However,clinical trials lack long-term efficacy evaluation and objective indicators.Animal experiments and theoretical studies are relatively few.The mechanism of action of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia still needs to be further elucidated.关键词
