针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫相关机制研究进展
Progress in the study of mechanisms related to the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with acupuncture and moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic gastroparesis is a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus in the gastrointestinal tract,which is a group of syndromes characterized by decreased gastric motility,delayed gastric emptying and gastric dysrhythmia,but without mechanical obstruction.Patients will experience symptoms such as postprandial satiety,nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,which seriously affect their quality of life.With the improvement of living standards,the number of patients with diabetes mellitus are on the rise,and the incidence of diabetic gastroparesis is gradually increasing.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapies can improve gastric motility and clinical symptoms with significant effects and few side effects.The treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with acupuncture and moxibustion is closely related to multiple mechanisms,including regulation of interstitial cells of Cajal,promotion of enteric nervous system and autonomic nervous system recovery,correction of gastrointestinal hormone and intestinal flora disorders,modulation of gastric smooth muscle motility,reduction of oxidative stress,improvement of hyperglycemic state,etc.Mechanisms related to the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with acupuncture and moxibustion(including acupuncture,electroacupuncture,moxibustion,etc.)are summarized to provide reference for future studies.关键词
