Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of free position delivery combined with pelvic compression based on guided multi position changes on the outcomes ofOccipitoposterior Position And Occipitotransverse Postion.Method:100 parturients of postoccipital and transverse parturients who received treatment in Linyi Centeal Hospital from April 2023 to July 2024 were selected as research objects.And they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.During delivery,the observation group adopted free position delivery based on guided multiple position changes combined with pelvic compression intervention to change the delivery mode,while the control group continued to follow the traditional lithotomy position delivery mode.The outcomes of delivery and related indicators(labor time,fetal and newborn conditions,maternal satisfaction rate,postpartum quality of life)of the two groups were compared.Result:The results of delivery outcomes and related indicators(labor time,fetal and newborn conditions,maternal satisfaction rate,postpartum quality of life)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The free position delivery combined with pelvic compression intervention with guided multiple position changes can significantly optimize the delivery process and achieve better maternal and infant health outcomes for women in occipito-posterior and occipito-transverse positions.This intervention not only helps to shorten labor time,but also improves postpartum quality of life,thereby enhancing maternal satisfaction and experience.关键词
