针刺联合低频rTMS对改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪小儿步行功能的效果评价
Evaluation of the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Low-Frequency rTMS on Improving Walking Function in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on improving the walking function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Method:A total of 62 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the Children's College,Fuzhou First General Hospital(Fuzhou Children's Hospital of Fujian Province)from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation)and observation group(acupuncture combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation),with 31 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the walking function index,Gross Motor Function Scale(GMFM)score,10 m walking time(10MWT)and Fugel-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)score in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with low frequency rTMS can significantly improve walking function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.关键词
