Ideal State,Practical Difficulties and Practical Approaches of the Integration of Majors and Industries in Applied Universities
摘要
Abstract
Promoting the deep integration of majors and industries in applied universities is an important content and measure for implementing the national strategy of industry-education integration.The integration of majors and industries in applied universities has a deep theoretical and practical foundation.From the ontological perspective,majors and industries are closely intertwined through the intermediary of industry sectors.From the systems theory perspective,majors and industries in applied universities are two closely connected systems.From the subjectivity perspective,the development of majors in applied universities and the development of industries both emphasize the realization of human subjective value.From the environmental perspective,the development of applied universities cannot be separated from the broader social environment,and the development of majors cannot be separated from the industrial environment.The ideal state of the integration of majors and industries in applied universities is to adhere to the deep connection between the professional chain and the industrial chain,to adhere to the integration of industry,academia,research and application,and to adhere to dynamic adaptation and continuous innovation.However,in practice,there are still difficulties such as prominent structural contradictions,insufficient collaboration among industry,academia,research and application,and imperfect mechanisms for professional adjustment.Based on this,suggestions are proposed for achieving the deep integration of majors and industries in applied universities:improving the mechanism for supply-demand matching to overcome obstacles in industry-education integration development;constructing an integrated mechanism of industry,academia,research and application to enhance the ability of universities to serve local development;and improving the dynamic adjustment mechanism for disciplines and majors to achieve sustainable development through adaptation and transcendence.关键词
