Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of superpulse CO2 lattice laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin on patients with vitiligo.Method:A total of 84 patients with vitiligo who were treated in Liupanshui People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with superpulse CO2 lattice laser,and the study group was treated with superpulse CO2 lattice laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin.After 6 months of intervention,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the white spot area,skin recolor rate,immune indexes,inflammatory indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the white plaque area of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,the recolor rate of skin lesions was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-23(IL-23)and CD8+were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Superpulse CO2 lattice laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets can effectively reduce the patient's white spot area,improve the patient's immune and inflammatory indexes,with high safety and good clinical efficacy.关键词
