高职学优生学习动机影响机制的质性研究
A Qualitative Study on the Influential Mechanism of Learning Motivation among High-achieving Vocational College Students

Abstract
In response to issues such as insufficient learning enthusiasm and unclear learning motivation among higher vocational college students,in-depth interviews were conducted with vocational college students who had received the national scholarship.A qualitative research method was employed to analyze both external and internal factors influencing the learning motivation of these high-achieving students.The study revealed that internal factors such as values,learning interests,perceived learning ability and attribution of success or failure directly affect the learning motivation of high-achieving students.External factors,including teacher support,peer support,and scholarship incentives,indirectly influence their learning motivation through these internal factors.From the perspective of guiding students to establish correct learning motivation,it is recommended to leverage the advantages of peer education to create a positive learning atmosphere;pay attention to evaluative support to help students establish correct attribution beliefs;and return to the essence of value pursuit to guide students in establishing a proper awareness of receiving awards.关键词
