Abstract
Cow bedding material is a factor affecting the contamination of Bacillus spp.in raw milk.To investigate the differences in heat-resistant bacteria and Bacillus contamination in different bedding materials,this study selected regenerated recycled manure solids and rice husk bedding materials for measurement.Based on one-way ANOVA and LSD multiple comparisons,the results showed that the number of heat-resistant bacteria in the cow manure cushion M0 before lying down was significantly higher than that in the rice husk cushion RH0 before lying down and the rice husk cushion RH1 12 hours after lying down(p<0.01),and there were no heat-resistant bacteria or spore contamination in RH0,indicating that rice husk bedding is a good material to replace recycled manure solids.To further explore the ability of different disinfection and sterilization powders to disinfection and sterilization bedding,Taogutu,quicklime and hydrated lime were selected to disinfection and sterilization M0 and RH1 respectively.The results showed that the disinfection and sterilization capacity of quicklime and hydrated lime was similar,and the disinfection and sterilization effect of both was better than that of Taogutu,but the hydrated lime storage was prone to moisture absorption failure.Therefore,the selection of rice husk bedding combined with quicklime powder disinfection and sterilization could effectively reduce the number of heat-resistant bacteria in cow bed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of bedding material and the prevention of bacillus pollution in production.关键词
