Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on inflammation and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2).Method:A total of 120 patients diagnosed with ACI admitted to the Department of Neurology,Liyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2024 were included in the study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to computer random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Tongqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.Laboratory indicators(serum and inflammatory factor levels),clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no difference in serum,inflammatory factors,and TCM symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tongqi Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a remarkable effect,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,promote blood circulation,reduce inflammation,and have a remarkable therapeutic effect.关键词
