参与校企合作对高职学生社会与情感能力的影响
The Effect of Participating in School-enterprise Cooperation on Higher Vocational Students'Social and Emotional Competence

Abstract
Social and emotional competence is an important aspect of the development of higher vocational students.School-enterprise cooperation is a key path to cultivate the social and emotional competence of higher vocational students.Based on the survey data of 1895 higher vocational students in Hubei Province,this study uses propensity score matching method to explore the effect of participating in school-enterprise cooperation on higher vocational students'social and emotional competence.Research has found that there are significant group differences in the participation of higher vocational students in school-enterprise cooperation.Students who are in higher grades,receive more attention from teachers and peer support have a higher probability of participating in school-enterprise cooperation.Participation in school-enterprise cooperation can help improve the social and emotional competence of higher vocational students.In addition,there is group heterogeneity in this effect.Participation in school-enterprise cooperation does not have a significant effect on higher vocational students with lower social and emotional competence,but it has a stronger positive effect on those with high social and emotional competence level,female students,rural population,and those who have no left-behind experience.Strengthening the comprehensive nurturing function of school-enterprise cooperation,expanding the coverage of participation in school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthening the process management of school-enterprise cooperation are important ways to enhance the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperative nurturing as well as promote the comprehensive development of higher vocational students.关键词
