壮医针刺联合药熨治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture acupuncture by Zhuang medicine combined with medicine ironing on primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to International Zhuang Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into two groups according to 1:1 ratio by random mode.The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen.While the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with medicine ironing.The treatment continued for 3 menstrual cycles.Visual analogue Scales(VAS)scores and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment.Result:After treatment,dysmenorrhea symptoms were alleviated in both groups,and VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the specific improvement degree of the two groups,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was more obvious,and the effect was faster and more stable,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower while the curative effect was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single painkiller treatment,Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with medicine ironing has better effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis.The clinical effect is significant,stable,painless,easy to operate,and less side effects.关键词
