Validate of Ceftiofur Crystalline Free Acid Injection Withdrawal Period in Milk
摘要
Abstract
This experiment was conducted to verify the withdrawal period of ceftiofur crystalline free acid injection in milk.Twenty healthy cows were selected in the experiment,the recommended dose was 6mg/kg bw,single subcutaneous injection,and collected the milk on 8h,24h or 32h after administration.The residual concentration of ceftiofur crystalline free acid in each collected sample was determined by a proven analytical method.According to the maximum residue limit of ceftiofur crystalline free acid in milk,the withdrawal period of ceftiofur crystalline free acid in milk was determined to be zero days.关键词
