中西医治疗肾性贫血的研究进展
Progress in the Treatment of Renal Anemia with Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of renal anemia is increasing with the progress of chronic kidney disease(CKD).At present,the awareness rate and treatment rate of renal anemia in China are low,which not only endangers the physical and mental health of patients,but also brings huge economic burden to them.At present,Western medicine mainly treat renal anemia with iron,hypoxy-inducing factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor(HIF-PHI),erythropoietic stimulant,blood transfusion and so on.The treatment of renal anemia by traditional Chinese medicine is varied and effective,but there are still some shortcomings,such as unclear mechanism of action and small sample size.The article will discuss the current treatment methods and related research progress of renal anemia from the perspectives of Western medicine and Chinese medicine.关键词
