Abstract
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is the main type of lung cancer,and about 30%of NSCLC patients are in the resectable range when diagnosed.However,the long-term prognosis of patients after radical resection is not ideal,and the main reason for the poor long-term prognosis of patients is tumor recurrence and metastasis.In order to improve the long-term prognosis of patients with resectable NSCLC,the comprehensive treatment strategy of radical surgery combined with perioperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy is often used in clinic,but the curative effect is limited.Therefore,the treatment of resectable NSCLC has always been the focus and hotspot of clinical research.In recent years,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have been used in the treatment of various advanced malignant tumors and achieved good results.However,the exploration of combined immunotherapy strategies in the context of comprehensive treatment of resectable NSCLC and the toxicity and side effects are still controversial.To this end,this article reviews the studies on perioperative immunotherapy in patients with resectable NSCLC,aiming to provide reference for comprehensive treatment in patients with resectable NSCLC.关键词
