高职产业学院协同创新的影响因素分析
Analysis of Influencing Factors of Collaborative Innovation in Higher Vocational Industrial Colleges

Abstract
Multi-dimensional collaborative innovation will surely become an inevitable choice for universities to cultivate innovative talents,serve local communities and lead science and technology.Taking Jiangxi higher vocational industrial colleges as the research object,using actual survey data,this study analyzes the influence factors of collaborative innovation in higher vocational industrial colleges from four aspects:collaborative entity capabilities,external environment,innovation ability and operation mechanism.The results show that collaborative entity capabilities,external environment,innovation ability and operation mechanism have a significant positive impact on the collaborative innovation of higher vocational industrial colleges,and the external environment has a more obvious impact on the collaborative innovation of higher vocational industrial colleges.In order to promote the high-quality development of collaborative innovation in higher vocational industrial colleges,it is necessary to vigorously promote the policy synergy;establish a comprehensive policy incentive system;adapt to the market development;clarify the specific needs of the market innovation;continuously optimize the internal spatial layout;set up the optimal platform for collaborative innovation;create a social culture of collaborative innovation;foster a pattern of co-construction,co-management and sharing of innovation;and improve the synergy of standards and intellectual property rights;and promote the safeguard mechanism of collaborative innovation.关键词
