High-quality Industry-education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Counstruction of"New Double-high Plan":Connotation,Challenges and Breakthroughs

Abstract
Industry-education integration was one of key tasks in the first round of the counstruction of"double-high plan",and it has transformed into a fundamental ideology and methodology guiding the operation of vocational colleges in the counstruction of"new double-high plan".High-quality industry-education integration should emphasize the ideological and methodological aspects of integration in terms of perception,facilitate the formation of a new pattern of industry-education integration that"spreads from point to area and links into a chain"in terms of organizational form,and promote the localization and re-innovation of universal models in terms of implementation mode.At this stage,higher vocational colleges face three key challenges in implementing high-quality industry-education integration:high-quality governance models,organizational implementation and performance goals.It is necessary to balance the relationships between the government and the market,form and function,and quantity and effectiveness.Therefore,to achieve high-quality industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges,it is essential to unify the capacity for industry-education integration with the autonomy of running schools,promote reforms in the evaluation of industry-education integration achievements in higher vocational colleges,leverage the functions of consortia and communities through organizational governance reforms,and optimize the role of the government in industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges.关键词
