益精通络方抑制离焦型高度近视豚鼠近视进展的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Inhibition of Myopia Progression in Diffusion-induced High Myopia Guinea Pigs by Yijing Tongluo Formula

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory effect of Yijing Tongluo Formula(YJTL)on the progression of diffusion-induced high myopia(DIHM)in guinea pigs.METHODS A total of 30 three-color guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups:control group(CG),model group(MG),and Yijing Tongluo Formula group(YJTL),with 10 animals in each group.The right eye was selected as the experimental eye.The DIHM model was induced in the MG and YJTL groups by wearing inducing headsets,while the CG group wore plano lenses.The guinea pigs in the YJTL group were gavaged with 12.7 g/kg of Yijing Tongluo Formula decoction,while the guinea pigs in the CG and MG groups received the same volume of 0.9%saline solution.The treatment was administered once daily for five weeks.Spherical equivalent(SE)and axial length(AL)of the right eye were measured before the intervention,after three weeks,and after five weeks of intervention.After five weeks of intervention,the morphological changes in the sclera and choroid were observed using hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining.RESULTS(1)SE:In the CG group,SE significantly decreased after intervention(t3 weeks=13.835,t5 weeks=15.850,both P=0.000).In the YJTL and MG groups,SE significantly increased after intervention(YJTL:t3 weeks=42.551,t5 weeks=42.236,both P=0.000;MG:t3 weeks=42.230,t5 weeks=54.845,both P=0.000),with statistically significant differences.After three and five weeks,the SE in the MG group was higher than that in the CG group(t3 weeks=51.492,t5 weeks=108.416,both P=0.000),and the SE in the YJTL group was lower than that in the MG group(t3 weeks=12.718,t5 weeks=12.425,both P=0.000),with significant differences.(2)AL:After three and five weeks of intervention,the AL of all three groups increased significantly(CG:t3 weeks=13.214,t5 weeks=20.138,both P=0.000;MG:t3 weeks=22.748,t5 weeks=31.644,both P=0.000;YJTL:t3 weeks=20.036,t5 weeks=27.385,both P=0.000).After three and five weeks,the AL in the MG group was longer than in the CG group(t3 weeks=16.837,t5 weeks=29.999,both P=0.000),and the AL in the YJTL group was shorter than in the MG group(t3 weeks=2.266,P=0.036;t5 weeks=5.784,P=0.000),with significant differences.(3)Sclera and choroid morphology:The choroid and sclera thickness in the MG group were thinner than in the CG group(tchoroid=19.434,tsclera=23.269,both P=0.000),while the choroid and sclera thickness in the YJTL group were thicker than in the MG group(tchoroid=11.299,tsclera=10.926,both P=0.000),with statistically significant differences.CONCLUSIONS Yijing Tongluo Formula can inhibit the progression of DIHM in guinea pigs by suppressing the increase in SE,elongation of AL,and thinning of the sclera and choroid,effectively controlling myopia progression.关键词
