Abstract
Congenital heart disease(CHD)is one of the leading causes of chronic heart failure in children and adolescents.Due to the complexity of anatomical and physiological characteristics,the management strategies for CHD-related heart failure differ from those for adult heart failure.In 2024,the American Heart Association released a scientific statement that provides a comprehensive analysis of the epidemiology,pathophysiology,clinical staging,and management strategies for CHD-related chronic heart failure.This interpretation aims to provide the latest evidence-based medical insights for domestic clinicians to guide the clinical management of CHD-related chronic heart failure.关键词
