高精尖技能人才成长路径及影响因素探究
Research on the Growth Paths and Influencing Factors of High-precision and Cutting-edge Skilled Talents

Abstract
Currently,the urgent demand for high-precision and cutting-edge skilled talents in the high-quality development of industrial economy is becoming increasingly prominent.This study used in-depth interviews to examine 16 high-precision cutting-edge skilled talents characterized by new era model workers and craftsmen in the new era,and used life course theory and social role theory as analytical frameworks to deeply explore the growth paths and key influencing factors of high-precision and cutting-edge skilled talents.The research results indicate that the growth and development of high-precision and cutting-edge skilled talents in the new era have gone through four stages:cognitive apprenticeship,ability construction,self-reflection,and value realization.High precision and cutting-edge skilled talents have played certain sustained roles and undergone significant changes in their roles,and their skills are influenced by multiple factors.Therefore,vocational colleges should adopt strategies such as strengthening the integration of professional foundations with emerging technologies to build a diversified"professional literacy"system;creat a simulation environment and workplace learning ecosystem to promote the unity of knowledge and action;implement personalized career planning and self-reflection education to stimulate intrinsic potential;and establish a platform for skills demonstration and achievement transformation to enhance social contribution and value realization,in order to foster the cultivation of high-precision and cutting-edge skilled talents.关键词
