示范性产业学院建设提升高职院校专业设置与产业适应性水平了吗?
Does the Construction of Demonstrative Industry Colleges Improve the Level of Specialty Setting and Industrial Adaptability in Higher Vocational Colleges?

Abstract
Using 21 higher vocational colleges in Guangxi that were among the first batch to establish higher vocational education demonstrative industry colleges and 18 other vocational colleges as comparison samples,and based on their 2019-2023 Guangxi vocational colleges enrollment plans and annual quality reports,a difference-in-difference(DID)method was employed to empirically analyze the impact of the demonstrative industry college policy on improving the adaptability between vocational college specialty settings and regional industries.The results show that the establishment of demonstrative industry colleges in Guangxi has not show significant effects on improving the adaptability between vocational college specialty settings and regional industries,indicating that the policy intervention effects are not yetapparent and require further observation.To better synchronize vocational college program settings with industrial development plans in Guangxi,it is necessary to strengthen the implementation,supervision and evaluation of the demonstrative industry college policy while enhancing the internal development of industry colleges.Additionally,a multi-stakeholder governance mechanism should be established to reinforce the institutionalized operation of industry colleges,addressing practical barriers to optimizing specialty settings.Leveraging information technology,demonstrative industry colleges should be developed into"observation stations"and"regulators"that ensure vocational college specialty settings are aligned with regional industrial development.关键词
