Abstract
Guided by the internal logic of"organizational optimization-structural reshaping-order reconstruction"empowered by technology,artificial intelligence forms the basic content and action framework for AI to empower the internal digital governance of higher vocational colleges.However,due to the essential flaws and risks of AI technology,the internal digital governance of higher vocational colleges still faces practical difficulties,including obstacles in resources security and infrastwcture construction,imbalances in multi-stakeholder interests and power relations,and conflicts between the institutional guarantee system and organizational structure.In view of this,it is necessary to consolidate the prerequisites for governance by emphasizing the theoretical guidance and innovative thinking of digital governance;reshape governance norms by clarifying the subject structure and technical positioning;strengthen the driving support by adjusting organizational structure and empowerment mechanisms;and improve safeguard measures by enhancing resources sharing and institutional system.关键词
