鹤蟾片改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者症状的疗效评价:一项回顾性队列研究
Efficacy Evaluation of He Chan Tablets in Improving Symptoms in Patients with Middle and Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer:A Retrospective Cohort Study

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated with He Chan Tablets(HCT)combined with chemotherapy.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted,including 200 patients(150 cases in the chemotherapy alone group,and 50 cases in the HCT combined with chemotherapy group).The efficacy of HCT was assessed by comparing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores(cough,hemoptysis,chest pain,and fever),TCM syndromes distribution,tumor markers,functional status scores[Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)scores],and liver and kidney function indicators.Results The effective rate of improving TCM symptom scores in the HCT combined with chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that in the chemotherapy alone group(80.0%vs 41.3%,χ2=22.524,P＜0.000 1).Patients with spleen-deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome had a higher stable disease(SD)rate in the combined group(30.0%vs 17.3%),while those with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome exhibited the highest progressive disease(PD)rate(24%in the combined group vs 17.3%in the chemotherapy group).No clinically significant differences were observed in tumor makers,liver and kidney function indicators,and functional status scores between two groups.Conclusion HCT combined with chemotherapy significantly improves clinical symptoms in middle and advanced NSCLC patients,with spleen-deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome as a potential responsive subtype.The regimen demonstrates good safety and warrants clinical promotion.关键词
