Pathological Mechanism of Senile Pruritus and Analysis of Clinical Rational Drug Use
摘要
Abstract
Senile pruritus is a common skin disease in the elderly,which easily affects the quality of life of the patients.This article describes the pathological mechanism of senile pruritus in detail,including the changes of skin physiological structure,changes of immune system and endocrine system,environmental factors and drug factors and so on.In addition,a comprehensive analysis is performed for the clinical rational drug use,including chemical drugs and traditional Chinese medicine,the characteristics and applicability of various types of drugs in order to provide reference for clinical practice.关键词
