Theoretical Connotation and Practical Orientation of Industry-education Integration in Vocational Education in the Context of High-quality Development

Abstract
Industry-education integration is the"baton"for the realization of high-quality development of vocational education,embedded in the proposition of high-quality development.The industry-education integration is the re-socialization of vocational education,which provides learners with resources,systems,concepts,cultures and forms of cross-border learning,so as to promote the integration of learners'different knowledge and the formation of technical skills.The value of industry-education integration in the context of high-quality development lies in the construction of a vocational education system that is highly adapted to the development of industries,the generation of vocational education industry-teaching relations with win-win synergies between industry and education,and the creation of the vocational education industry-teaching integration model with Chinese characteristics.The integration of vocational education and industry consists of four core elements:government,industry,academia and market,and presents the basic features of innovative education organization,talent-led development,and industrial transformation and upgrading in the education chain,talents chain and industrial chain.In recent years,the industry-education integration has achieved results in the integration of schooling,talents training and resources,and the future development directions of industry-education integration in the context of high-quality development is to incorporate industry-education integration into the system of national development strategy,to strengthen the intellectual support for theoretical research on the docking of the development of modern industries,and to improve the institutional mechanism of industry-education integration in the microcosm.关键词
