Abstract
Industry-education integration,as an important concept in China's vocational education discourse system,was included in the revision of the Vocational Education Law,providing a legal basis for the implementation of industry-education integration.However,the contents related to industry-education integration has the drawbacks of a messy system and abstract language in this law.As an important part of industry-education integration,incentive mechanisms also have vague and impractical issues,resulting in uneven polarization of the various parties involved in the practical level of industry-education integration.The synchronous motivation theory advocates for equal emphasis on material and spiritual incentives in the incentive process,and the industry-education integration incentive mechanism can also be optimized based on this theory.It is necessary and practical to optimize incentive mechanisms from the perspectives of legal norms,enterprise participation and vocational education.Therefore,on the basis of fully grasping the relationship between the various parties involved in industry-education integration,we should start from the four main bodies of government,industry associations,enterprises,and vocational colleges,and optimize the incentive mechanism from the perspectives of legal norms,multi-party supervision,and specific implementation.关键词
