摘要

Abstract

The concept of community flood resilience and the main features of the progress of related research are stat-ed,and the key points of the research on flood resilience in urban communities in China is prospected.The results show that:①The conceptual definition of flood resilience mainly focuses on the urban scale and resilience paradigm perspective,and is lack of community scale and resilience research object perspective research;②The scope of resilience evaluation in-cludes environmental resilience,economic resilience,social resilience,infrastructure resilience,institutional resil-ience,and technological resilience,all of which are closely logically interconnected;③The method for measuring resil-ience primarily relies on the index method within the semi-quantitative assessment approach,yet a unified evaluation index system has not yet been established;④Research on resilience governance often employs qualitative analysis meth-ods,primarily focusing on case studies to elaborate on existing issues and optimization paths;⑤There are three types of community flood resilience mechanisms:the interaction mechanism among resilience,the collaborative response mecha-nism,and the resource sharing mechanism;⑥Four future research directions:establishing a community resilience eval-uation index system tailored to national conditions,studying the three pairs of resilience relationships,exploring the pro-cess and mechanism of resilience,and focusing on the application of new technologies in community resilience.
