Abstract

The large amount of toxic substances generated during the electroplating production process exist in industrial wastewater,if the electroplating wastewater is discharged directly without treatment,it will pollute drinking water and industrial water,posing a threat to the ecological environment.In order to reduce the environmental impact of electroplating wastewater,this study proposes an industrial acid washing electroplating wastewater treatment technology based on synergistic sulfur autotrophic denitrification.The results show that when the height is 40 cm and the influent nitrogen concentration is 200 mg/L,the maximum concentration of NO3--N is 52 mg/L.When the influent nitrogen concentration is 80 mg/L,the minimum concentration of NO3--N is 11 mg/L.When the height is 40 cm and the influent nitrogen concentration is 200 mg/L,the maximum concentration of SO42-is 1 198 mg/L.When the influent nitrogen concentration is 80 mg/L,the minimum concentration of SO42-is 689 mg/L.The proposed method can effectively reduce the nitrogen concentration in effluent and improve the removal rate of nitrate in wastewater.
