从张锡纯治肝思想浅谈肝癌的中医治疗
Brief Discussion on Liver Cancer Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Perspective of ZHANG Xichun's Liver Treatment Thought

Abstract
Primary liver cancer(PLC),particularly hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),is one of the most common cancers worldwide,with limited treatment options and poor prognosis.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),characterized by its holistic approach and syndrome differentiation,has demonstrated unique advantages in various aspects of clinical treatment.The liver treatment thought of ZHANG Xichun,a renowned physician in the late Qing Dynasty,held significant guiding value for the modern treatment of liver cancer.In his seminal work Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination,he elaborated on various liver treatment methods,including liver-soothing,liver-clearing,liver-nourishing,and liver-tonifying,providing references for the treatment of both eliminating pathogenic factors and reinforcing deficiency in liver cancer.This article provided a detailed discussion on the basis treatments of dispersing stasis and attacking pathogenic factors(such as liver-soothing,liver-clearing,and liver-nourishing)and supplementing deficiency and supporting healthy qi(such as tonifying liver qi,warming liver yang,strengthening spleen and stomach,and nourishing liver and kidney).Meanwhile,it emphasized the importance of integrating TCM and western medicine,achieving the complementary advantage of TCM's holistic regulation and western medicine's localized treatment in liver cancer therapy,providing reference and guidance for modern TCM differentiation and treatment of liver cancer.关键词
