众包式应急信息管理研究进展:基于国际研究的系统性文献综述
Research Progress on Crowdsourced Emergency Information Management:A Systematic Literature Review Based on International Research
摘要
Abstract
Crowdsourced emergency information management(CEIM)has become a new option to meet the informa-tion needs in emergency management.A comprehensive review and analysis of international research literature related to CEIM can help researchers understand the current status on this topic and provide references for their subsequent studies.A total of 274 international research papers focusing on CEIM published between 2010 and 2023 are counted,coded,orga-nized and analyzed.Based on the elucidation of the concept and significance of CEIM,the progress of international re-search in this field is systematically presented through five components:crowdsourcing organizers,crowdsourcing tools,crowdsourcing participants,crowdsourcing tasks,and crowdsourcing outcomes.Finally,the future research opportunities of CEIM are discussed in terms of the organizational process of crowdsourcing,the management of crowdsourcing partici-pants,and the optimization of crowdsourcing tools.关键词
