胡凯文治疗肿瘤相关情志病经验浅析
HU Kaiwen's Experience in Treating Cancer-Related Emotional Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Professor HU Kaiwen has been engaged in clinical work for more than 40 years,and has rich experience in the treatment and prevention of malignant tumors.Patients with malignant tumors often have a variety of emotional problems,which seriously affect the quality of life and prognosis of tumor patients.Professor HU Kaiwen believes that"gallbladder's failure to dominate decision"is the essential cause of cancer-related emotional diseases.Its core pathogenesis is gallbladder's failure to dominate decision and internal disturbance of phlegm,lack of gallbladder qi in deficiency,and gallbladder stagnation and phlegm turbidity disturbance in excess.Phlegm turbidity is the main pathological factor of cancer-related emotional diseases.Clinical treatment should be based on"gallbladder"and"phlegm".Treatment methods of"reconciling Shaoyang,activating the pivot""soothing liver and gallbladder,harmonizing yin and yang""resolving phlegm turbidity,inducing resuscitation and relieve depression""tonifying spleen and kidney,strengthening gallbladder qi"should be used,while taking into account tumor pathogenesis characteristics of"phlegm,blood stasis,toxin,deficiency",to achieve the purpose of gallbladder decision recovery and harmonious emotions.The clinical experience and practice of Professor HU Kaiwen in the treatment of tumor-related emotional diseases are summarized as follows,and a medical case is attached to prove its effectiveness.关键词
