硝黄散外敷治疗慢性放射性皮肤硬结性水肿验案举隅
Experienced Cases of External Application of Xiaohuang Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Radiation-Induced Indurative Edema of Skin
摘要
Abstract
Chronic radiation dermatitis(CRD)is a common complication during radiotherapy of tumors.Currently,there is no clear treatment guideline for it.Therefore,the conventional clinical treatment of CRD has problems such as difficult wound-healing,easy recurrence,and more adverse reactions.Relevant literature reports that external application of traditional Chinese medicine with the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying,and relieving swelling and pain can to some extent reduce the degree of local skin swelling in patients after radiotherapy.This paper explored the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of radiation-induced skin injury from the perspective of"fire-heat toxin".It was proposed that for indurative edema,Xiaohuang Powder could be selected for external application treatment under the principle of"promoting blood circulation to remove stasis,detoxifying and reducing swelling",with two cases attached for verification.关键词
