Effects of Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablet on Serum Gastrointestinal Hormones and Inflammatory Indices in Patients with Refractory Helicobacter Pylori Infection Complicated with Chronic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of fumarate on serum gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory indices in patients with refractory Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection complicated with chronic gastritis.Methods:109 chronic gastritis patients who received treatment for refractory Hp infection in a certain hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,were randomly assigned to an observation group(55 patients)or the control group(54 patients)using allocation concealment.Patients in the control group received a quadruple regimen containing esomeprazole magnesium,while the patients in the observation group were treated with a quadruple regimen containing vonoprazan fumarate tablet.The clinical effects of both groups were compared,and the levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),tumor necrosis factors(TNF-α),serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and adverse events were also measured.Results:After treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL increased in both patient groups,while the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 decreased on average.Notably,the changes observed in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate in the observation group(81.82%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.81%),and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was also higher in the observation group(98.18%)compared to the control group(77.78%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Fumarate can effectively enhances the eradication rate of refractory Hp infection,improve the levels of GAS and MTL,and reduces inflammatory responses,and alleviates the clinical symptoms.关键词
