苯环喹溴铵治疗变应性鼻炎的真实世界数据回顾性研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR),and further explore the factors influencing its therapeutic effects.Methods:A retrospective selection of medical records from patients treated in 10 hospitals nationwide between January 2022 and January 2023 was conducted.The patients were treated with bencycloquidium bromide alone or bencycloquidium bromide combined with corticosteroid nasal spray/antihistamine.Total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and total non-nasal symptom score(TNNSS)were recorded before and after treatment.The efficacy was evaluated based on the criteria of marked response,response,and no response.Additionally,the effects of AR type,comorbidities,and disease duration on the efficacy were analyzed.Results:A total of 669 patients with AR were included in this study.The difference of TNSS in all patients before and after treatment was-5.38(P<0.001).The total response rate was 97.31%and the marked response rate was 87.89%.In subgroups with an age greater than 6 years old,four AR types,and disease duration(<1 year or≥1 year),the total response rate based on the reduction in TNSS scores was greater than 88.99%.The scores for all four individual nasal symptoms(rhinorrhoea,nasal obstruction,nasal itching,and sneezing)were decreased after treatment,with the most notable reduction observed in rhinorrhoea.In moderate-to-severe intermittent patients,the combination therapy group demonstrated a greater reduction in TNSS compared to the monotherapy group(-5.79 vs.-5.70,P<0.05).For moderate-to-severe persistent patients,the combination therapy group showed larger decreases in both TNSS and TNNSS compared to the monotherapy group,with a TNSS difference of(-6.32 vs.-6.30,P<0.05)and a TNNSS difference of(-1.61 vs.-1.27,P<0.05).Conclusion:Bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray can reduce the TNSS and TNNSS scores in patients with AR,and shows good efficacy in patients of different ages and different AR types.For patients with moderate to severe AR,bencycloquidium Bromide Nasal Spray combined with corticosteroid nasal spray/antihistamine is recommended.关键词
