通窍鼻炎颗粒联合曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察及对Th1/Th2失衡的影响
Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Tongqiao Biyan Granules Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and its Effect on Th1/Th2 Imbalance

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its effect on T-helper 1(Th1)/T-helper 2(Th2)imbalance.Methods:A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in a hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and assigned to the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan granules in addition to the treatment given in the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Th1/Th2 related factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores for nasal obstruction,nasal itching,frequent sneezing and nasal discharge were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-10 levels were increased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The IL-4 level was decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%,P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray can improve the clinical efficacy in patients with allergic rhinitis,improving the TCM syndrome,regulating Th1/Th2 imbalance,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
