Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of immunotherapy on immune function and symptoms of children with adenovirus pneumonia.Method:A total of A total of 80 children with adenovirus pneumonia admitted to Xianning First People's Hospital of from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the principle of random single blindness,with 40 cases in each group.The control group only received cedovir treatment,while the study group was treated with gamma globulin on the basis of the control group,and the immune function and symptom improvement of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher,and the duration of cough,fever,moist rales disappearance and hospital stay were significantly shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the study group were significantly higher,but the levels of CD8+,immunoglobulin M(IgM),Clara cell secreted protein(CCSP),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Immunotherapy in children with adenovirus pneumonia can significantly improve their immune function,effectively reduce their symptoms and inflammatory expression,and reduce adverse reactions,which can promote early recovery of children.关键词
