摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the biochemical detection of recombinant histone deacetylase 2(HDAC2)and Interleukin-8(IL-8)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and analyze the relationship between the level of various indicators and the disease,as well as the evaluation value of the treatment effect of the disease.Method:165 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study group.Another 150 healthy adults were selected as control group. The levels of HDAC2,IL-8 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups, and the levels of HDAC2,IL-8 and TNF-α were compared between the attack stage and the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The levels of HDAC2,IL-8 and TNF-α were compared before and after treatment.Result:The levels of HDAC2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HDAC2 in patients with COPD were lower than those in control group, and the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the HDAC2 detection level in the study group was higher than that before treatment, and the IL-8 and TNF-α levels were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection levels of HDAC2,IL-8 and TNF-α can be used as diagnostic basis for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and can evaluate the severity of the disease and provide reference for the treatment of the disease.关键词
