摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the efficacy of atorvastatin and ezetimibe in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:A total of 60 CHD patients admitted to Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=30,atorvastatin oral treatment)and observation group(n=30,atorvastatin combined with Ezetimibe oral treatment)by random number table method,and the specific treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of observation group was was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and amino-terminal brain lipeptide precursor(NT-proBNP)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of headache,abdominal discomfort,insomnia,nausea and other adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe is effective in the treatment of CHD,which is better than atorvastatin monotherapy,and the heart function of patients is effectively improved with guaranteed safety.关键词
