Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of nebulized inhalation of terbutaline combined with beclomethasone in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan,from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the lottery method,with 41 cases in each group.The study group was given terbutaline combined with beclomethasone atomized inhalation therapy,while the control group was given terbutaline therapy.The clinical efficacy,symptom remission time,lung function,blood gas index and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The resolution time of cough,wheezing and dyspnea in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity(FCV)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of both groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and oxygen saturation(SpO2)were increased and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was decreased in both groups,and the PaO2 and SpO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group and the PaCO2 was lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of terbutaline combined with beclomethasone atomized inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly has a good effect,can improve lung function and blood gas indexes,promote symptom relief,and has a certain safety.关键词
