王不留行药用植物麦蓝菜叶片转录组测序分析
Transcriptome sequencing and analysis of medicinal plant Gypsophila vaccaria leaf

Abstract
To obtain the transcriptomic information characteristics of Semen Vaccariae,this study conducted high-throughput sequencing of Gypsophila vaccaria leaves using the Illumina 6000 platform and assembled all transcripts.The raw data was uploaded to the NCBI database with the accession number of PRJNA1149650.A total of 99 766 unigenes were generated after the removal of redundancy,of which 65 079 were annotated in seven databases.They were 60 784(NR:93.40%),46 761(SwissProt:71.85%),57 269(EggNOG:87.99%),20 073(KEGG:30.84%),57 269(KOG:87.99%),55 514(Pfam:85.30%)and 33 791(GO:51.92%).Transcription factors such as bHLH,bZIP,and MYB might be involved in the biosynthesis of flavonoids secondary metabolites.Additionally,26 243 SSR loci were detected from 99 766 unigenes.These results can provide basic data for the construction of genetic map,SSR marker development,variety breeding,and analysis of secondary metabolic pathways and regulatory mechanisms of flavonoids of G.vaccaria,and also enrich the G.vaccaria gene database.关键词
