摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of blood flow restriction therapy combined with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization on pain, exercise fear, and functional recovery in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Shanxi Provincial Integrated TCM and WM Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into combination group, blood flow restriction therapy group and dynamic joint loosening group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The dynamic joint loosening group received Mulligan dynamic joint loosening, the blood flow restriction therapy group received blood flow restriction training, and the combined group received both dynamic joint loosening and blood flow restriction training for a total of 8 weeks.Visual Analog Scale(VAS),Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia(TSK),Western Ontario and McMaster University Rating Scale(WOMAC),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),standing up and Sitting test(TUGT)and 10-meter walking test were compared before and after the intervention.Result:After intervention,VAS score,TSK score,WOMAC score,TUGT score and 10-meter walking test were all decreased in the three groups, and BBS score was increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, compared with the blood flow restriction group and dynamic joint loosening group,VAS score,TSK score,WOMAC score,TUGT score and 10-meter walking test were lower in the combined group. And BBS score was higher, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of flow restriction therapy and Mulligan dynamic joint loosening or single method can improve pain, exercise fear and functional recovery in patients with knee osteoarthritis, but the combined effect is more obvious.关键词
